Shipping Information
In stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days, however, arrival time is not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed arrival time, you may want to purchase an upgraded shipping option.
Non-stock/Pre-order are subject to availability through the manufacturer and distribution channel. We cannot make any guarantees on when products will be available. However, we will ship within 1-3 days once the item is received in our store.
Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. Our warehouse is located in Florida and transit time varies based on destination.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. Our Domestic Standard and Free Shipping utilizes USPS First Class Package Service. Domestic expedited mail services are available via Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.
Tracking Information
Shipping confirmation will be emailed at the end of each business day. Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page.
Please note, international tracking numbers can take up to three business days to be loaded to customer accounts

Our shipping costs are based on the order price or total weight of your order as well as the destination location.
